MaxQ Ops is a veteran-owned, operator-led consulting firm focused on helping businesses scale without breaking operations.

We work with manufacturing, hardware, and Ecommerce teams that are growing (or preparing to) and need execution, systems and profitability to keep pace with demand. Our approach is grounded in real-world operations — not theory, templates or surface-level tactics.

Our experience spans aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing and global supply chain environments where execution failures carry real cost and risk. We specialize in stabilizing and improving the systems that support growth, including manufacturing operations, ERP/MRP platforms, production control and digital commerce execution.

In parallel, MaxQ Ops is informed by direct Ecommerce operating experience. We actively build and scale revenue-generating brands across Shopify and Etsy, managing demand, pricing, fulfillment and unit economics in live environments — not simulations. This hands-on work ensures our Ecommerce guidance is shaped by current platform realities, changing algorithms and the operational constraints that emerge as volume increases.

We believe growth should be deliberate. Before adding pressure, we help organizations identify constraints, fix underlying workflows and align demand with operational reality. The result is predictable execution, improved unit economics and scale that holds.
