MaxQ Operations is an operator-led business built around a simple idea: execution matters most when delivery, capacity and customer commitments are at risk.

Founded by a U.S. Navy veteran, MaxQ is shaped by more than three decades of hands-on leadership across military electronics, aerospace and defense, advanced manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems and global supply-chain operations. That experience comes from working inside real production environments—managing constraints, recovering schedules, coordinating teams and turning system data into executable priorities.

Manufacturing execution and production control are our primary practice. We support prototype, low-volume, schedule-sensitive and recovery programs through qualified production partners, disciplined planning, ERP/MRP alignment, supplier coordination and clear ownership through delivery.

As an SBA-certified SDVOSB and VOSB, MaxQ Operations brings veteran-led accountability to work where schedule, quality and delivery matter.

Alongside manufacturing, MaxQ maintains an ecommerce operations practice informed by directly building and operating a multichannel business. That experience supports practical work in demand planning, inventory control, fulfillment, marketplace execution and unit economics—grounded in current operating realities rather than theory.

Engagements may begin with a defined manufacturing requirement, a production-recovery need or an Operational Performance Assessment when the primary constraint is not yet clear.
